- 2 heads of chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 pears, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 slices bacon, crisp cooked & crumbled (or real bacon bits)
- 3 – 4 oz feta cheese (or goat cheese) crumbled
- Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
Combine first 6 ingredients. Drizzle on poppy seed dressing to taste. Toss to combine & serve
