Fall Chopped Salad

  • 2 heads of chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 pears, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 slices bacon, crisp cooked & crumbled (or real bacon bits)
  • 3 – 4 oz feta cheese (or goat cheese) crumbled
  • Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

Combine first 6 ingredients.  Drizzle on poppy seed dressing to taste.  Toss to combine & serve
